Jack Witherspoon - President
Jack Witherspoon began working in the area of Professional Liability Insurance in 1982 as an underwriter at American Internation Group (AIG). After honing his skills and perfecting his knowledge base he turned his focus to Lawyers Malpractice Insurance. In 1987 he expanded his expertise as a broker at Minet Insurance Group, the largest broker of Lawyers Professional Liability insurance at that time up until they were acquired. While with Minet, he handled large law firms placement of their coverage with carriers such as National Union and Lloyds of London. In 1997 he managed the Professional Liability department for Interstate Insurance (Fireman's Fund) covering not only Lawyer's Malpractice but all other professions as well. In 2001 he formed RJW to bring his and other associates expertise to service the lawyers of California in a revolutionary new way, personalized, with designated contacts and not a faceless 800 number to contact. Since then he has never looked back and continues to perfect all aspects of his brokerage to best serve his clients.
