RJW Professional Insurance Services was established in 2001 to provide personalized
services directly to law firms in California. We focus on obtaining the best rate and
coverage available in the market for each individual law firm. Similar to boutique law
firms, we choose to remain specialized in our area of insurance expertise and provide
quality service to our exclusive clientele.
We have worked for both insurance carriers and brokerages to bring insight into your
insurance needs like no one else. Our company is a proud member of the Professional
Liability Underwriters Society (PLUS).

Jeanne Gustke
President
Jeanne Gustke has been working in the field of professional liability coverage since 1988. Entering the field of insurance with the American International Group (AIG), the largest insurance company in the world, she worked as an underwriter for financial services products including professional liability.
After gaining extensive knowledge as an underwriter, Jeanne further expanded her knowledge working as a broker for Marsh & McLennan, brokering lawyers’ professional liability. Prior to joining RJW Professional Insurance Services, she was managing the San Francisco office of AICCO Premium Financing, producing more than $500 million in premiums per year.
